Google cries "for Harry and Saint George!"
![]()
At last! Google.co.uk have recognised that us English have a patron Saint as well!
Even Londons Mayor, Ken Livingstone, has put 100,000 into the kitty to celebrate the day - the same amount as St Patricks day. However he has unwisley chosen not to spend it on a big party for us but on celebrating Shakespears birthday at the Globe Theatre... Hmmm.
Labour MP Tom Watson says in the Guardian that decent people are reclaiming our patron Saint. However it seems other members of the Labour party are still anti English as reported in the Sun.
Meanwhile even the Welsh think it's good that the English are refinding thier patriotism.
