Albunuelas Spain May 2004

We have just returned from 8 days in Spain. We were based in the little mountain village of Albunuelas, South of Granada, with Mules, lemons, tapas, sun, snow and relaxation. Oh, and rather large local gins.

While we were there we visited the famous Alhambra in Granada. This was the seat of the Moorish power in the region for many centuries and the architecture is stunning. If you are ever in the region please go and visit! It is only an hours drive from the coast, Malaga and all that lot.

Glad you enjoyed your stay at Casa de la Puerta Grande in the Lecrin Valley. We now have another house available in the village of Albunuelas - Casa de la Lagartija (House of the Gecko) and two more will be up and running by Spring 2006. Check out our website at www.geocities.com/lecrinvalley
Best regards,
Denise
