RMT on strike again
I see that Bob Crow of the RMT has resigned from the Transport for London Board. What a childish move. How is that going to help his members and the traveling public? And here we are 4 days later about to have another tube strike. Does Crow not understand that he is not hurting the LUL managers, just the innocent traveling public and the shopkeepers who rely on thier trade. It's a bit like a school bully not being tough enough to take on another kid so he picks on the kids little sister instead.
Crow is pathetic when he says that Ken Livingstone should never have said to cross his members picket lines. The reason Ken has said that is because Crow is wrong. Solidarity only works if the reasons are right. Going on strike should be a last resort not a power move.
If you work in a shop ask each customer if they are an RMT member and if you find one then refuse to serve them for the day.
I smell another Scargill in the making and that's not good for anybody...

I quite enjoy your 'grumpy old man' posts, Simon. Keep it up, old boy :)
