The london bombings - Rachels diary
The best piece of journalism regarding the bombings for me has been Rachel's diary. Rachel from north London was in the bombed carriage of the Tube train travelling from King's Cross to Russell Square on the Piccadilly line. Originally this was posted on Urban75.com - A survivor from the King's Cross tube bomb tells her story but was picked up by the BBC and sanitised a bit - Coming together as a city.
Rachel's tale could be from any of us travelling on the tube that day. Obviously this will be with her for the remainder of her life but she is a true stoic Londoner and determined to get on with her life. Well done girl!
