Looks like a User Interface experiment with some digital cameras and phones. But I prefer to think of it as U19 - Unterseeboot 19, built at the Kaiserliche Werft in Danzig and was surrendered to the British Navy on the 11th November 1918.
This is how the crew would have amused themselves in the final moments of freedom as the Jolly Jack Tars towed them back to Blighty - if they had digital in those days...
